A PMO Projects, prestigiada empresa na área da Consultoria e Formação em Gestão de Projectos, com presença fortemente marcada no mercado nacional e internacional, pretende recrutar para prestigiado Cliente, na área das Tecnologias da Informação, um Internal Infrastructure Supervisor (m/f).
FORMAÇÃO:
- Licenciatura ou Bacharelato em Engenharia Informática
EXPERIÊNCIA:
- Experience in similar positions: from 3 to 5 years
-Infrastructure: from 3 to 5 years
-Project Management: 3 years
-Webs and Firewalls configuration
-Autonomy in Microsoft environments
-Infrastructures based in Active Directory
RESPONSABILIDADES:
-Contribute with innovative and pragmatic suggestions to improve the existing services
-Guarantee the strict fulfilment of the schedules and effort Fulfil the deadlines and the behaviours.
-Validate and improve, if needed, the project management documentation.
-Validate and improve, if needed, the detailed internal and external documentation.
-Use correctly the time table report, as a management tool.
-Ensure the construction and test of the solutions according to the forecasted conditions
-Guarantee that all the existing systems documentation and being produced is according to the
standards defined
-Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities
SKILLS TÉCNICOS:
. Planning and controlling:
-Create methodologies of Project management and planning.
-Cooperate actively in the projects estimative.
-Create a ticket priority process, in cooperation with all remain areas.
-Improve the feedback to the remain areas on the open tickets state.
-Management skills
-Sense of urgency
-Being able to distinguish between the essential and the accessory
-Create levels of service and procedures both internal and external of the infrastructure impact.
. Methodologies and techniques of systems administration:
-Perform the implementations of the new projects with the defined methodologies for each
project
-Adaptation to new technologies and methodologies.
-Be the team’s example, to what concerns fulfilment of all methodologies.
. Knowledge of the new Technologies and industry:
-Methodologies of systems administration.
-Management technologies of data base.
-Methodologies and standards of application security

-Autonomy: Work under the coordination of the area’s Executive Responsible, but looking -forward to grow in autonomy.

-Diagnose causes, supporting in metrics and sustained opinions
-Sense of urgency (control timings of the client’s answer).
