Propósito básico: Assist sales force and managers (consumer & commercial) to implement the commercial policies. Maintain current line of reports encouraging an automatic process work through EDW. Daily sales support and link to sales administration to avoid sales condition conflicts. Prepare specific campaigns in line with operations department. Involve in the ongoing improvement process of sales operations promoting CRM and EDW. Funciones: · Assure the standard reporting established: Daily, Monthly, Closing, by Channel etc, encouraging EDW. · Daily support to consumer sales managers for special customer agreements and special orders SOPs.· Coordinated with Sales Administration in the day to day business operations process.· Specific sales Campaign’s, rebates, follow up and execution for Portugal.· Working with the Manager in the develop of the Master Distribution plan and AOP· Establish the personal goals for each salesmen according to the MDP by region and channel· Sales statistics by area, channels, customers and analysis and deviations· Help Strategic pricing associate for Gipex maintenance.· CRM active support to sales force Perfil: - University degree (Economics, Engineering …)
- Good level of English
- PC proficient (Excel, SAP, Access).
- More than 2 years experience in sales controlling in multinational companies.
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
.Autonomía y toma de decisiones - Implementation of proper methods to make real the “easy to do business with”. Coordination with sales managers to implement sales conditions. Coordination with HHRR to prepare trainings. Total Consumer SAG accountant.
Implicaciones en el negocio - Assure proper link with Sales Admin to minimize errors. Assist consumer Channel sales managers to implement the commercial policies. CRM maintenance and promotion. Daily sales support and link to sales administration to avoid sales condition conflicts and assure the proper application in SAP of the agreed conditions with customers.
